I would like to build the server on the SCO machine which receives news via UUCP. I would like the SCO machine to be a server for PCs on a LAN running TCP/IP and WinQVT/NET NNTP client software. Does this all sound feasible. I am not sure what our current version of news software is that is presently running on the SCO UNIX machine. Does the NNTP software receive news via UUCP and deliver to clients via TCP? Or does NNTP require CNEWS software to talk to the UUCP Usnet feed? Any info will be greatly appreciated.
