I am trying to run NCSA Telnet on a 386sx machine with a Western Digital
WD8003e EtherCard Plus board. I can't seem to get the configuration set up
properly. The documentation seems a little vague on some of the hardware
parameters that need to be specified.  If anyone has got one of these
boards to work, please e-mail me how you accomplished it.
