I am looking for a public domain TCP/IP and IP router implementation (for a PC) that runs over
the NDIS interface. Does such a beast exist ?  If yes, where can I copy it from ? If not, what 
are the commercial alternatives ? (Note - having the NDIS interface is a must. Source code
availability is highly desirable. Performance is of secondary concern.)
