There is an NDIS driver on vax.ftp.com which is supposed to be good
for all EXOS 2x5 cards, but I've never heard of that particular one. 
You can try it out, though. Ftp to vax.ftp.com, and cd to 
pub/packet.driver/pubdom/ndis/excelan. Get all files.
