  Are there any well known algorithms for restructuring programs
  with goto statements ? If so, are they available on the net ?
  Similarly, I am interested in knowing the typical features 
  offered by
    1. Re structuring programs, and
    2. Tools that support reverse/re engineering.
  Are there any commercial reverse/re engg tools ?
  You can reply by mail to me. I will summarize if there is enough
