Our NFS distribution does not include 'lockd', we are in BIG
troubles. 

Please, if someone has either a lockd source or executable
i really need it as soon as possible..

Even suggestions on how to write one are eventually welcome!
A customer cannot use its damned laser disk for cobol procedures,
just to give you an idea of what's going on here (a big mess).
