Me, earlier: "It is supposedly a superset of Proprinter X24E" Sorry, actually Canon's first recommendation for a protocol to use is Proprinter X24E; the only other protocol the 10e understands is the Canon BJ-130e, and apparently you're better off calling it an X24E.
