I am thinking of either getting a modem or a hard drive for my Amiga 500. 
The modem [i like] is a maestro and is about $400 aus, 9600/2400 baud etc.
But, a hard drive. . . . . just how hard is it to set these things up? can 
I use any of the HD's on the market or do I need a *controler*??- just what
is a controler and what does it do?    Erm, is the maestro a good buy?
