Subject: Is there a program to convert 1.3 Icons to 2.0 Icons?

    Specifically is there a program to switch the black to white and
 white to black for icons so they look right in 2.0?  I'm refering to
 a way to change all the icons without using icon edit to manually
 change the colors..
