I have developed a startup ROM for Hurricane 2800 Mark II Board, distributed by
Intellegent Memory(Germany).
This ROM shows a configscreen by pressing right mousebutton at startup time.
Only "exec.library" and "expansion.library" are availiable at ROM startup.
It works fine, but if I power off/on the Amiga and press the right Mousebutton
to start my configscreen, I've got to wait 20-30 seconds until the screen appears.
After the the first intuition screen appears I can start the configscreen
immediatly after a reset.

ROM interna:

1) I startup the condensator for the right mousebutton, init vhpos, wait 1 frame,
   look if right mousebutton is pressed, if so build the configscreen.

2) To build the configscreen I use the blitter and prozessor to create a nice
   requester panel in KICK V2.x shading design.

My question is:

Must I init the vhpos or blitter after power-on in a special way to avoid this
nervous waiting period.Hardware Manual says NOTHING.
