The mount seems to go okay, and if I log in as root I can read the remote mounted directories. However if I log in as a mere mortal and try to access the same directories I get permission denied, and access violations are logged on the vax's console. (The permissions are set so that I should be able to read the directories.) DEC say this is a known bug in apollo's NFS. Apollo say they'll have a look and then never ring back. Has anyone else seen this or know of a way round it? BTW we're running domain/os 10.3 and NFS 2.2 on apollo 3010s Regards, Chris ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Chris Rouch chris@wg.estec.nl Serco Space Ltd.
