Subject: GIF Programs: for pics 2 pages wide

	I've noticed that GS GIF programs can make graphics pictures
more than 1 page long in the vertical direction, i.e. 1 page wide 
by 2 pages long.  Are there any that can do graphics in the 
horizontal direction, like a 2 page by 1 page or, even better, a
2 page by 2 page graphic?
