I am considering the purchase of a Quantum ProDrive LPS 105 MB SCSI.  I
have read that this is a highly reliable drive; however, the manufacturer
supplied MTBF is only 60,000 hours.  Also, I have heard that the
technical support from Quantum is very poor.  I am interested in your
experiences with Quantum drives (good or bad).  Please reply to
hchang@seas.ucla.edu, and I will post a summary.  Thanks in advance.
