Question1: Is it normal for windows to take two to three seconds to repaint a screen? (actually about two thirds of the screen) This is in the 1024X768 mode. Question2: If it is NOT normal, is this a function of the driver or the hardware? Could a different driver for the Paradise set be used? Question3: If the answer to both of the above is NO, what is considered to be the hot tip in chip sets.
