Surely this is just the same situation as with system 6..7 and
HC2.1 - the system was delivered in the form of level 1 and 2
only, but it is quite easy to get the other levels - you go to
the home stack, go to the "previous" card, type "magic" in the
command (CMD-M gets the window up), and bingo! Don't ask me why
it is - possibly to get some more money out of the innocent?
