I've got some slow macros, and I want to speed them up; but they've
grown to a level of complexity that I'm afraid to tweak in.  So, is
there an excel compiler out there?  Or, at the least, is there a way
in excel you can stop windows from popping up under a macro running
with ECHO(false)?
