Oops!  I know you meant 3.9.  The solution to the problem is under
"Clock Options":  check "leave space for OnCue or EasyAccess icon".
Maybe Steve needs to reword that as "leave space for OnCue, Easy
Access, balloon help, or any other small icon that might appear to the
right of SuperClock! in future revisions of the Mac OS".  But I guess
that would be too long-winded. :-?
