Oops!  I didn't mean to sound like I was making an attack on either you or your
program (which from the bulk of the accounts sounds excellent).  I was just try-
ing to prevent others who were having troubles from wasting their time...!  I
had full confidence that you would look into it and fix it....  I just suggested
that people with difficulties wait until you do so....

It was the speed problem that I and others who mailed me found debilitating....
