I have noted that in former versions of Telnet, b9 and b10, and mailed to ncsa.
The remedy is easy: just set the bundle bit on. With ResEdit, "Get File/Folder
Info..." from File menu, select NCSA Telnet, and set the "Bundle" check box on.
Save the changes, update directory (the easiest way is to restart), it should
run. It works for me.
