The University of Kentucky was a beta site for System 7.0 and required the use
of ethernet on Etherport II cards. I was able to acquire the beta 7.0 driver
from Shiva for the EtherPort II (short card), we have also used it to update
existing SEs. I am not at liberty to distribute these.
