I've heard a couple people complain that the help menu takes up 
valuable menubar space.  I can understand how this would be a problem
for those with compact models.

However, Inside Mac VI says that the help menu is displayed only if
there is room in the menubar.  I don't have a copy of system 7 yet
so I don't know if it works as advertised.
