I have just found that it *does* happen on the SE/30. It doesn't appear to do it in MacDraw II 1.1 or WriteNow 2.0. This implies to me that it *may* just be a problem with Word (surprise surprise, Microsoft strikes again... ;-) BTW, I read this morning that Microsoft are having trouble integrating TrueType into Windows 3.1, and Windows 3.1 will be delayed until about October as a result. Serves them right, ha ha!
