Does anyone know of a program that exists which will convert MS Word 3.0
files into text or rtf files? I know some programs exist which can do
a file at a time, but I'm looking for something to convert a few thousand
files nested in folders.

If there's nothing like that out there, is there someplace I could get the
file description for MS Word files?
