An entire SIMM is checking out bad.  (bits set correspond to bad bits.  8 bits
are set, 8 chips are bad).  It is the second SIMM in Bank 1.  Seems more likely
to be a bad installation or maybe a damaged SIMM board than 8 bad chips.
