They told me that I needed 4.0h, which is a free upgrade to all registered Word 4.0 owners. Call Microsoft Customer Service to get your upgrade. Sorry if this is a repeat of previously-posted material. Oh, yes - if you didn't see the earlier posting, the problem with Word 4.0 versions earlier than 4.0h is that they don't produce any output when you are using a BITMAPPED font under 7.0.
