I am putting this here since it looks like several Apple employees read stuff
here.  I have a simple addition to the EDIT menu that would be nice.  It may
have to be implemented by Application writers.

What I would like to see standard on the edit menu is a clipboard append. 
Maybe CUT/APPEND and COPY/APPEND.  These would append the selection to the
clipboard instead of replacing it.  Should be an easy addition.  What do other
users think?
