In this newsgroup, I've read about standalone versions of Rez and
Derez, supposedly available with Think Pascal.  I use Think C.  Is
there any way to get these programs?  The latest APDALog doesn't
list them.

Also, could somebody post the ISBN number of Inside Mac VI?  Out here,
I can't get a book unless I can convince the bookstore that they
actually can get a book...
