This should still be there. It's enhanced, too. When you hold down
the option key, the "Clean Up Window" command turns into "Clean Up 
by <Whatever you last sorted your window by in outline mode>".

If you want "Clean Up Selection", hold down the Shift key when
choosing the Special menu.
