Well, not quite, but close. I posted some time ago about the error -97. Someone suggested removing the SUM partition INIT, which I did. Then the problem changed its form. Now it says: Couldn't find . And then someone else suggested that it might have been caused by a init, oops, system extension conflict. Having nothing better to do, I removed all the sys ext's and cdev's. Oh, except the general cdev. Well, guess what? The problem still exists. Then I found out that this problem only occurred with some DAs. To be specific, it happened with the DAs I installed myself. i.e. opening up the suitcases and dragged the applications into the Apple Menu Items folder. I hope that procedure of installing the DAs were right. If I did it correctly, can some kind soul enlighten me on what has gotten me? Thanks again. ...B.o.b...
