 This was apparently blown out for this release. It's unclear whether it's
 ever coming, but let me say I would LIKE IT VERY MUCH!!! I'm sick of waiting
 for my Imagewriter. We're up to System 7 (!) for Pete's sake (who's Pete?)
 and still no spooling from Apple for the low-cost printers.

 FWIW, I currently use SuperLaserSpool, which does not work for me under
 System 7. I called Fifth Generation and they said an upgrade would be out in
 "about a month". Pricing is not set, because they are not sure whether new
 features will be added, or if it will be just a compatibility release.

 SET TEMP=HIGH

 A month!!?? Like System 7 was a SURPRISE to them? Sigh.
