Hello Netland,

A co-worker asked me to find out whether there is a utility (init, cdev,
whatever) that does what the VAXes do whenever they save which is save a
new copy of the file called <filename>;2 and so on.

Being an absent-minded chap, he frequently forgets to do a Save As when
he wants to modify an important file, and so he looses important data.

Any cure, short of brain surgery?
