I am looking for an anonymous FTP site where I can get the UMich software
package for limiting numbers of launched applications, LaunchBreak...  I looked
on sumex and they evidently don't have it.  I don't still have the address of
the machine that I downloaded it from while Dean was still working on testing.
Would anybody have this information?  Thanks in advance!
