Subject: FOLLOWUP 2.0 Docs.

To followup on the state of the 2.0 docs that I inquired about last week, there
seems to be some bads news and some not so good news.

About a dozen and a half people replied most of whom order the docs sometime
between November and now.  Of this group, no one has yet received the 2.0 docs.
Some of those who replied were going to get the 2.0 docs as part of an upgrade
from 1.0 or 0.9 or even 0.8.  About half of this group of people have received
the 2.0 docs.  This groups points out that they have had a standing order for
the docs for 1 - 2 years!!

A couple of comments from those who wrote:

"IMHO, NeXT better get its customer service in gear real quick."

"I ordered the 2.0 docs in MAY 1989 as part of the developer camp fee -
  received them 3 MAY 1991."  ^^^^^

"I heard that the original tech-docs were corrupted at the printer and they
  had to be redone."

And finally the real sob story of the bunch.  On respondee ordered a cube in
August 1990, along with the docs, from an outlet in Berkeley.  The cube came
right away, but the docs haven't shown up yet.  Since that time, the respondee
has moved to Israel, making communcation very difficult.  Also, he paid $250
for the docs!  Hey NeXT cut this gut a break and get in touch with him!  He
