Just to clarify things...
I received 2.0 docs as upgrades from 0.9 and 1.0 preliminary docs.
And I am HAPPY that NeXT provided 3 sets of docs upto 2.0.

The 2.0 docs did not exist as of May 1989 even as vapor, and it is not
fair to make it look like the shipping delay was 2 years.
