Message-ID: <19428@csli.Stanford.EDU> Date: 21 May 91 23:42:27 GMT Article-I.D.: csli.19428 Organization: World Otherness Ministries Lines: 23 Is there some answer to this probably-frequently-asked-question sitting in a file at some archive site somewhere -- o What third party hard disk drives will work well with a NeXT? (Slab in my case) o How to properly configure/obtain disktabs? o Where to buy them, with what connectors? Like gazillions of other poor college students before me, I plan on buying a 150Mb Slab and making it into a development system by getting an external big disk drive, and then probably swapping the two after dumping a bootable system to the big drive from a friend's Next. If there is no answer to this FAQ, I'd be glad to organize and maintain one on an archive site myself. Any hints then, appreciated. -- # Daniel M.
