Anyone out there know how to change the default icon which
launches you into a lesson under ShowAndTell. The filename of that
icon for example is called lesson1.st.guide

I would like to change the icon to have some text in it if possible.
Any help would be deeply appreciated. I know that I could create
a whole new icon, but since one is set up automatically via S&T 
I thought I could just edit that.
