Before running setld you have to fool the system that some of V4.0 is installed ( fixed in next release of DECnet). touch /usr/etc/subsets/UDTBASE400.lk touch /usr/etc/subsets/UDTBIN400.lk if installing DECnet Internet gateway touch /usr/etc/subsets/UDTCOMM400.lk if installing man pages. touch /usr/etc/subsets/UDTMAN400.lk then run setld on DECnet product.
