It has 2 banks of 8 phone wire type (6 wire) ports. One bank is working the other is not. What do I have to do to get the other bank to work. I know a fair amount about unix, but less about wiring issues. Is there another type of terminal server that I can hook up to the port in the back of this machine? If so, what is the cost?
