When they print a six or seven page document one or many of the pages doesn't print at all but the software says otherwise. Also, they are using a 386-SX with the interface card to communicate to Appletalk (whatever it's called). Does this sound like a networking problem or something related to the interface between WfW and Win3? Please respond via e-mail and I will repost the response into the newsgroups.
