Does anyone out there know of a good PC paint program that will handle most
of the picture formats like GIF, TIFF, PCX, and PIC?  I have found several,
but they only handle BMP and PCX files.  I am trying to touch up some GIF
pictures that I have and use them as wallpaper and possibly icons for Windows.
Please let me know if there are any and where to find them either by FTP or
by purchase.
