I just got a copy of NetManage's NEWT, which is a purely Windows based
TCP/IP package - it works only under windows, since it is a DLL rather
than a TSR. Their telnet actually runs as a Windows window, using
windows fonts, etc. It also includes Trivial FTP, which I haven't
found very useful. The next release, due in a couple of weeks, will
have multiple protocol stack support, a mail application, SMTP DLL,
and a full FTP application and DLL.  It requires an NDIS driver for
whatever kind of interface card you are using. Call NetManage in
