Before purchasing any commercial packages, I recommend you to try
WinQVT/Net, which is a shareware TCP/IP for Windows 3.0. This software
uses packet driver interface, so you'll need such driver for your LAN
board. Here are some useful anonymous ftp addresses to get everything
you'll need:

netlab.usu.edu		FTP software packet driver for NDIS updates
/netwatch		(latest version is 1.07)

grape.ecs.clarkson.edu	Packet drivers for a number of LAN boards
/dos/tcpip		(Clarkson Packet Driver library)

cica.cica.indiana.edu	WinQVT/Net package (latest version is 1.65)
