I've been continuing to collect useful information for the FAQ, but I'd like
to get some feedback from you.  What do you want to see in it?  Specifically,
would you like to see code fragments included in the FAQ, or should they be
somewhere completely different?

Oh, yes ... I'm finally posting a diff as well as the FAQ, for those who
don't want to wade through the whole thing!  :)
