Under normal circumstances, in OpenWindows, when I request a font of
non-standard size (e.g. timbi67) OW automatically scales the correct
font and hands it to me.

However, after installing an OpenWindows Supplement CD-ROM, this does
not work anymore.  What do I need to do to get this "fonts-on-the-fly"
to work again?  Thanks.
