Carrow) Newsgroups: comp.windows.x Subject: Can different hosts on a network use different color db's? Message-ID: Date: 21 May 91 16:44:05 GMT Lines: 21 This is probably a really simple question, but a quick perusal of the man pages did not reveal the answer, and I don't have more extensive documentation. A person here at work needs the ability to add more colormap aliases on a daily basis. Ideally, I'd like to allow her to do this with rgb on her own personal color database, but it's not immediately obvious to me how to do it. I could set links on her machine to allow access to the special db, but I'd prefer a more X-oriented solution if one exists. Please mail if possible, and I'll summarize if there's interest. By the way, for ant RTFM'ers out there: please tell me where in which FM I should look. Thanks.
