In yesterday's firings in Delhi, four persons have been killed.
They believed to be the militants who fired on the
Cong(I) supporters of Mr.Sajjan Kumar and Mr.Jagdish Tytlor.

Polling has been declared NULL and Void in  20 booths of Chapra Lok sabha
const. in Bihar.

Notables voted today are Mr.Rajiv Gandhi, L.K.Advani, Vajpayee and V.P.Singh
whose fortunes will be decided in this phase of polling.
