no, and yes. it can carry it, so "interruptus" is not a good practice.
the same goes for intercourse.

her danger isn't just in whether the stomach acid kills it, but
if she has any lesions, openings, cuts, etc. whereby the virus
can be introduced into her body within her mouth, throat, etc.
then whether stomach acid kills it or not is not much of an issue.

she's not at risk? so she knows, beyond the shadow of a doubt that
these men are less risky than the clients a "common" woman on the
streets has? that's an awfully broad statement and assuming an
awful lot of information not available except on someone's word,
and considering the actions involved...
