I have to clarify: Meanwhile mtc is available via ftp from:

     rusmv1.rus.uni-stuttgart.de = 129.69.1.12
     file: /soft/unixtools/compilerbau/mtc.tar.Z

The above price is the tape handling fee for that cases that we have to send a tape.
