Wouldn't it be nice if filenames were useful on certain ftp sites...

 such as prgramname.gs.bsq  <-- implies it's for a gs
 whereas prgramname.bsq     <-- any apple will do

I've just spent a little it of time transferring some files, only to
find that my meager //e won't cut it. 

Just a thought, so that other people might not waste several hours.

btw, i notice that some filenames already include somesort of 'gs' to
denote computer type, needless to say I didn't download these.
