Suppose I have a 2400 bits/s v.42bis connection:

How would this effect interactive use (reading news group using rn for 
example), compared to strait 2400 bits/s?

Does v.42bis have any noticeable effect when typeing (due to packetization)
when run at 2400 bits/s?
